This week, select Ruckel 8th graders participated in the Van Porter art show hosted by the Arts and Design Society. There were so many amazing artists from around the county.
Two Ruckel artists were recognized. Lillian R. earned a 3rd place ribbon and Audrey S. won a 1st place ribbon!
Mrs. Watson and Mrs. Knaby are so proud of everyone who submitted and honored to have the opportunity to teach Ruckel’s artists!

The RMS Speech and Debate Team showed up and showed out on Saturday, February 22!! We took 13 students to the FCDI #4 Tournament in Pensacola, Fl, where they entered two events, Declamation Speech, and Extemporaneous Debate. Big Congratulations to Arabella Kirk, who took home 2nd place in the Extemporaneous Debate event! As usual, we had many people compliment our RMS team on their many talents and sportsmanship! GO RAMS!💛🖤

Drop-off and pick-up will be in the gym parking lot off Old Coastal, between the middle and high school. Students will not be allowed in until 5:30 PM and must be picked up at 7:30 PM. For early pickup before 7:30, follow signs from the gym parking lot to the new cafetorium, check in at the front doors, and a volunteer will assist in retrieving your student. At 7:30, all students will be released to the gym parking lot. Thank you!
Don't forget if you eat at Chick fila A tonight to use the app and help support our PTO. Thursday night before, after, or during the dance, Peppers is hosting a spirit night from 5-9:30pm. Mention Ruckel and we receive 20% of the proceeds.
