See your student's grades online with the FOCUS Parent Portal

FOCUS Parent Portal is a tool designed to enhance communication and involvement for you in your child's education.

Beginning with the 2022 – 2023 school year, the school district will transition to this new portal to allow you to monitor your child's progress in school by providing timely access to both assignments and grades that are entered by the teacher throughout the grading period.

Setting up a Parent Portal account is the first step to accessing the FOCUS Student Information System.

Visit the FOCUS Parent Portal Registration Page to set up your Parent Portal account. You must have a valid email address. Once that is done, you will be able to securely connect your already-enrolled students to your account and/or complete an online application to enroll new students, if needed.

To log in to your existing Parent Portal account or to complete a previously saved student enrollment application, please click HERE.

Student schedules, grades, and other information will be come accessible when they are available as we roll out this system.

Please call Kim Picorossi in RMS Student Services at 833-4149 if you have questions.

Please note: the Focus Parent Portal Account is for grades and communication dealing with Ruckel Middle School.
The Family Portal from the Florida Statewide Assessments portal is a different program used for accessing your student's Spring 2022 FSA ELA, Mathematics and EOC grade reports. There is a unique six-digit access code available by contacting the Ruckel Office which has no relationship to OCSD Student ID number which you may have from previous enrollment in the Okaloosa County school district.

All RMS students receive a card stating their One Okaloosa ID user names and passwords for signing on to their ClassLink for school resources.
It contains lots of apps and online textbooks for students to use during school as well as anytime after school hours.

Please keep this information safe because the One Okaloosa ID will be used all year to access everything from home. If you had an ID last year, it will be the same this year.

Also note, students may download Office 365 on up to five (5) personal devices (free).

You may also find the links to ClassLink and the instruction sheet in the gold column on the left side of this page.
