Classroom Interruption Policy

You will always be able to check your child out through the Front Office,
but you will not be able to drop off lunches, balloons or flowers.

Middle school is designed to nurture students, yet give them logical consequences that improve academic behaviors and teach responsibility. The good work and study habits that your child develops in middle school have the greatest impact on their grade point average in ninth grade when it really counts.

After four tardies or early checkouts per semester, the parent and student will need to meet with Ruckel administration. Subsequent occurrences may result in a discipline referral. It is important to be in class on time when lessons begin and to receive the entire period of instruction. It is imperative that other students’ instruction is not interrupted by tardies and early checkouts.
