We are at the halfway mark of our RMS fall fundraising campaign! We met our first milestone last week ($5,000.00!) and were able to award open lunch seating! This week we are trying to hit $10,000.00 and we are at $9,897.40! We need $102.60 to reach our second goal! Let's do this RAMS!
*When we reach this goal, we will be providing popsicles to the student body (date: TBD)

If 15 students get a $6.70 donation (the price of a midday snack!) we will hit our next goal!
If students hit the $15,000 goal we will pie Mr. Jannazo at a pep rally.

Students can earn individual prizes for meeting the following donations.
$6.70 - RMS water bottle sticker
$67.00 - a pair of RMS "67" sunglasses
$167.00 -Ruckel "67" Spirit wear t shirt
$367.00 get chick fil a lunch delivered by Principal Jannazo
$670.00 - get SIX - 7Brew gift cards (total of $60 value)
$1,670.00 - get an electric scooter ($150 value)

Current facts:
- We have approximately 92 students registered in Vertical Raise, with approximately 50 of those students having received a donation (with a student body of 1,100: 5% have contributed)

Congratulations to our Academic Team for their performance at today's competition at Rocky Bayou. Junior Varsity once again came in 1st place, winning all five of their matches! Varsity didn't place today, but both teams competed with a lot of great sportsmanship and stayed positive throughout, which is a lot to be proud of. Our next competition is December 13th at Liza Jackson. Help Support the "67" fundraiser!

We need your help! It’s time to kick off our fall “67” themed fundraiser to raise money for campus beautification. Your RMS PTO is trying to kick it up a notch this fall and harness all the 67 fun to make RMS a better place! This is a volunteer driven campaign, supported by the administration that will hopefully spread excitement and energy around campus. In the coming days, you are going to see and hear about the fall fundraising efforts. We need your support, energy and communication to make this a success. From .67 cents to $670.00 we hope to make this an enjoyable and fun campaign! The goal: $15,000.00 in 21 days Dates: October 20-November 7, 2025 Payment platforms: Vertical Raise (online), cash or check. We will always accept cash or checks but will be advertising Vertical Raise as the online student platform. The registration process is very easy and user friendly. All homerooms have been uploaded to Vertical Raise, so students are assigned via homeroom.

Next week is red ribbon week. Get prepared.

LET'S GO RAMS!!! Great job to Coach Langston and Morrison and all of our runners! Christopher Dinan also took the individual top spot! Congratulations RMS Cross Country Team on another great season. The Okaloosa County Middle School Athletic Conference held the 2025 Cross Country Championship at the Twin Oaks Complex in Niceville on 10/15/25. All of the middle school teams were present in today's competition. The title of "County Champs" went to both the Ruckel boys' teams and the Ruckel girls' team.
