Just like last year, student schedules for the 2026–2027 school year will be available through the FOCUS Parent Portal.
To make sure you receive your student's schedule as soon as it's released:
✅ Verify your FOCUS Parent Portal account is active.
✅ Confirm your email address is current in FOCUS.
✅ Make sure your phone number and contact information are up to date.
📧📱 When schedules are released, we'll send an email and text message notification letting you know they're available to view in FOCUS. (Typically during the first week of August.)

Her classroom has been a place of learning, curiosity, and encouragement, leaving a lasting impression on generations of Rams.
Ms. Szklarski’s dedication to her students and her contributions to our school community have helped make Ruckel a better place. While we will certainly miss her expertise, kindness, and positive presence, we are excited for her as she begins this well-earned new chapter.

As we continue Mental Health Awareness Month at Ruckel Middle School, this week’s focus is on the importance of self-care and staying connected. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health, and even small daily habits can make a big difference. We encourage our students, staff, and families to take a moment this week to slow down, practice positivity, and remember that we are always stronger together.
This week we continue to share resources, strategies, and school supports focused on reducing stigma, encouraging open conversations, and promoting positive mental health for all.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the RMS Color Run! From our runners and volunteers to our families and sponsors, your energy and support helped make the event an incredible success and a fun evening for our entire Ruckel community.
