PUBLIC NOTICE
The Okaloosa County School Board’s RFP Evaluation Committee will conduct a Pre-RFP meeting to discuss the evaluation criteria for RFP 24-01 External Independent Auditing Services and RFP 24-02 Internal Accounts Independent Auditing Services, to discuss evaluation committee instructions, and to discuss dates for future evaluation committee meetings. The meeting will be conducted at the School Board Central Administration Complex, Curriculum Training Room #409, located at 202A Hwy 85N, Niceville, FL 32578 on Monday, January 22, 2024 at 11:15 a.m.
Any interested party who decides to appeal any decision made by the Okaloosa County School Board’s RFP Evaluation Committee with respect to any matter considered during this meeting, will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. The School District will make a complete recording of any portions of these meetings that are closed to the public. This notice does not constitute consent by the School Board for the introduction or admission of otherwise inadmissible or irrelevant evidence, nor does it authorize challenges or appeals not otherwise allowed by law.
