Mr. Roecker's Aerospace classes engineered rockets from straws, experimenting with fin shape, number, rocket length, and nose cone design. By varying these factors, students explored how they affect flight. It was a hands-on lesson in aerodynamics and engineering! 🚀🔧✨

Mr. Mortensen and the members of the Athletic Club are having a blast learning some new sports and practicing some familiar ones!

Mrs. Pirro's classes dug into science, excavating fossils and answer the question, "What does the depth of a rock layer of a fossil tell you about its age? By exploring the principles of stratigraphy and relative dating, students unlock the secrets of Earth's history. 🦕🔍🌍

During Kindness Week, our Stingers got kindness tattoos and buttons, sent Valentines to patients at St. Jude's Hospital, enjoyed a wellness contest with Healthy Okaloosa, and had fun at Skate Night. A big shout out to Ms. Connelly for organizing everything!

This month, Mrs. Abston was recognized with the Growth Mindset Award, and Dr. N. Morris was recognized with the Teamwork Award. Mrs. Pirro is our Teacher of the Month.

Our STEMM students showed their #StingerSpirit at the East Panhandle Regional Science Fair, placing in several categories and receiving many special awards. Congratulations to everyone who participated!
