Fort Walton Beach High School Academic Team Claims Championship Title—Again!

The Fort Walton Beach High School Academic Team has done it again! The Vikings successfully defended their title at the Okaloosa Academic Tournament, earning championship honors and proving their excellence for a second consecutive year.

Competing across a wide range of subjects—including math, science, history, literature, fine arts, and pop culture—the team showcased impressive knowledge, quick thinking, and outstanding teamwork throughout the competition. Their performance reflects countless hours of preparation, collaboration, and dedication to academic achievement.

We are incredibly proud of these students for representing Fort Walton Beach High School and Okaloosa County Schools with excellence and determination. Their continued success highlights the strong academic culture within our district.

Participating teams include: Baker School, Choctawhatchee High, Collegiate High, Destin High, Fort Walton Beach High, Niceville High, and Rocky Bayou Christian School.
