Mrs. Ross stands in the middle of a group of 15 people, holding a bouquet of flowers, in the School Board meeting room in front of a large presentation screen. The group is positioned in a semi-circle on a carpeted floor with desks, microphones, and an American flag visible behind them. Two large display screens in the background show colorful hexagon graphics.
