Meigs Middle School is proud to launch its new schoolwide anti-bullying initiative, K.I.N.D. Is Our A-Game, reinforcing a culture of safety, respect, and responsibility for all students.
Grounded in The Wildcat Way—Safe, Respectful, Responsible, and Own Your Actions—the K.I.N.D. campaign provides clear expectations for how students and staff work together to prevent bullying and promote positive behavior both on campus and online.
K.I.N.D. stands for:
Keep others safe
Include everyone
No bystanders
Do the right thing
“This campaign is about more than stopping negative behavior,” said school leadership. “It’s about empowering students to be upstanders, take ownership of their actions, and bring their A-Game every day.”
As part of the initiative, students will see K.I.N.D. messaging incorporated into:
Morning announcements and student-led videos
Classroom conversations and advisory lessons
PBIS expectations and schoolwide events
Staff members are also committed to modeling the Wildcat Way by responding promptly to concerns, increasing supervision in common areas, and providing appropriate supports for students when needed.
Meigs Middle School encourages families to partner with the school by reinforcing K.I.N.D. expectations at home and talking with students about respectful behavior, empathy, and accountability.
The school will highlight the campaign throughout the year using the hashtag #KINDIsOurAGame, showcasing how Wildcats are choosing kindness and leadership in their daily actions.
At Meigs Middle School, kindness isn’t optional—it’s our A-Game.
