Silver Sands School offers a structured work study program which provides students who have completed High School credits (up to age 22) with the opportunity to explore a variety of work environments both on and off school campus. 

Students begin with instruction focusing on the key soft skills required for a successful worker such as communication, responsibility, self-confidence, and work ethics.
