The Niceville High School Junior Gifted students tackled a challenging engineering project to address the traffic congestion problem in south Crestview, Florida. Each group worked diligently to produce professional-level papers and presentations, focusing on both local and national concerns.
After all the group presentations, the class collaborated to create a consolidated professional-level presentation and paper, highlighting the best ideas. This final presentation was delivered to a panel of engineers, political decision-makers, senior Okaloosa School District administrators, and parents.
The seven students who presented on behalf of their groups did an outstanding job and we are incredibly grateful for the guidance and support from professional engineers who assisted our students throughout this project.
Congratulations to all our students for their exceptional efforts and innovative solutions!
