Bluewater Elementary Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a dynamic community of involved and caring staff, teachers, and parents. Whether you are new or returning to Bluewater, we are so excited for you to be a part of the Bluewater family! The Bluewater PTO is an active organization made up of volunteer parents who are dedicated to ensuring the best possible educational opportunities for our students. We are devoted to finding opportunities that complement our school curriculum and provide opportunities for our staff, teachers, parents, and students to learn, socialize, communicate, and grow.

The first step to feeling connected to our school is getting involved. Whether you can come every week, every month, or once a year, there are many volunteer opportunities for you to get to know your school and other parents. No matter how your family chooses to help out, your willingness to give of your time and talents will greatly enrich the lives of our students.

Our Mission:

The mission of the Bluewater Elementary PTO is to enrich the education of our children and foster a sense of community while promoting partnerships between parents, teachers, school administrators, and our community at large.

Our Purpose:

The Bluewater Elementary PTO is an organization whose purpose is to strengthen, enhance, and encourage the educational and social environment of Bluewater Elementary.

The Okaloosa County School District is proud to offer several Online Payment Methods:

• Child Care - Tuition Express

  • Child Care Coordinators will provide parents with a Tuition Express ID for website registration at TuitionExpress.com so that parents may register to pay child care fees online or set up recurring payments.

    An email address is required. Parents may also swipe their cards at the childcare center.

• Meals and District Payments - MySchoolBucks

  • Parents may set up an MSB account to prepay for their children’s meals and see what they are purchasing.

    MSB is also used for District Fees such as certificate renewals and Okaloosa Technical College Adult fees.

• School Activities - SchoolCash Online

  • Use SchoolCash Online to pay for items like:

    • Field Trips

    • Club Fees

    • Sports Team Fees

    • Yearbooks

      Fundraisers

  • Parents are encouraged to register with SCO to receive

    e-mail notifications of items available for purchase.

• Athletic Events - GoFan

  • Individuals may purchase tickets to participating Middle and High School athletic events through GoFan.
