Tuesday is our annual Read-A-Rama Pajama Night. This has been a tradition for numerous years at Elliott Point and we always expect a great turn out. Parents and Students are all welcome in their pajamas as we have pizza from 5-5:30 in the cafeteria and then you will be dismissed to story time where you can decide which classroom you want to visit. Of course the Book Fair will be open all night as well!
We can not wait to see all our Eagles after dark on Tuesday.

This past week was very interesting. We returned back from a long Winter Break, had a weather day and then a 3-day weekend. With that in mind our students need consistency, please remind you child although we can not control the weather; they can control their effort everyday they come to school. Our teachers are looking forward to working with them and providing the consistency that is much needed.
The weather forecast also has the temperature being vey cold in our area the next few days. Please make sure your child is dressed appropriately.

Yes it is time to let those Eagles out of their nest and back to school. We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow. Please plan ahead and make sure your child arrives on time. The students can arrive without being tardy from 7:15AM -7:50 AM.

The Holiday shop is done, and we hope the students were able to find something special for their friends and family. Thank-you to all the volunteers that stepped up to make this a huge success. We have a large colllection of jackets that have been unclaimed, please remind your child to come by lost and found before we get out for the Winter Break to search for any missing items. Anything that is left before end of day on 12/21 will be donated to a local non-profit organization over the Holidays.
This is another reminder that we will dismiss early on 12/21 @ 1:30, please plan accordingly for pickups, bus stops & supervision.
The Winter Break is from 12/22-1/7/2024. Students return 1/8/2024.

We are continuing to complete the mid-year PM2 state testing this week for grades 3-5 as well as our i-Ready diagnostics for K-2. When we return from Winter Break the assessments PM 2 will be K-2 and then i-Ready will be 3-5. Please make sure your child arrives on time.

We will have over 20 hands-on stations , including activities from the Emerald Coast Science Center, Mathnasium, EP teachers and more. Our wonderful P.E.T. will be donating Pizza and refreshments in the back hallway while the main activities will be in the cafeteria and media center. We will also have 2 local food trucks out front, which include Fenn's Coffee & the Copper Grill-Seafood truck. Please grab your passport and sign in when you arrive.
