Tomorrow is Picture day and the last day for the Coupon Book Fundraiser.

This week kicks off our Book Fair & Coupon Book Fundraisers. We are still continuing the Clothesbin Fundraiser for clothes donations. However, one of the most important things that we have going on is the completion of the FIC cards that went home. We are striving for 100% return and those classes that have 100% will receive either a popsicle or ice cream party!.

Good afternoon parents. This is Mr. Nuss, Principal of Elliott Point Elementary School. Today our school went into a brief precautionary response to an unscheduled alarm activation at our school. It was quickly determined that an alarm was activated due to maintenance on a AC unit. Once this was confirmed by law enforcement, our additional safety protocols were lifted. Safety is our top priority. Thank you and have a good day.

The Federal Impact Aid Program was designed to assist local school districts that have lost property tax revenue due to the presence of tax-exempt federal property, or that have experienced increased expenditures due to the enrollment of federally connected children. Eligibility for funding is determined each school year through the Federal Impact Aid Survey Form. The FIC card is vital for school funding so please take a minute and complete and FIC cards and return them back to school Thank-You

OCSD Schools and offices will be closed Monday, September 1, 2025 in observance of Labor Day. Classes and regular office hours will resume Tuesday, September 2nd 2025.

Its been a great start to the 25-26 school year and we truly appreciate your help. As a reminder all students will need to walk on their own to class moving forward. We appreciate your support as we work together to provide the structure students need to be successful. Every Wednesday is School Spirit day, so don't forget to wear your blue and yellow!.

Doors open 7:15-go to the cafeteria. Hallways open up @ 7:30. Tardy bell @ 7:50.
Reminder 8/11 & 8/12 ONLY K and 1st parents can walk them to class.Dismissal is@2:20, plan accordingly for delays the first couple of days.
Please know there are 2 separate orientations. Here are the details for 8/8: 11-11:30 K-& 1st ONLY parent meeting-cafeteria, 11:30-12:15- K & 1st-Orientation, 12:45-1:15 2nd -5th Parent meeting -cafeteria (for new parents), 1:15-2:00- 2nd-5th Orientation Reminder 8/11 -First day of school, K and 1st grade ONLY may walk their child to class and drop them off and then leave. Teacher assignments are located in your FOCUS account.
On Tuesday, we welcomed back our Teachers for their first official day of preplanning. We had a full day of school based professional learning which included collaboration amongst peers, breakout sessions and whole group activities. Superintendent Chambers even stopped by to offer some inspiring words. It was an amazing day to be an Eagles!
