Take note of the following procedures for dropping medication off.

• Medications must be in the original container.

• All prescriptions must be up to date and have the exact time given on the label.

• Over the counter medications must be unopened and have appropriate dosing for age.

• All paperwork needed will be provided at the time of medication drop off.

• Medications must be dropped off by a parent or guardian.
