Clinic staff will be at the school intaking medications at Open House on August 5th from 12:00 - 3:00 pm. Take note of the following procedures for dropping medication off.
- Medications must be in the original container.
- All prescriptions must be up to date and have the exact time given on the label.
- Over the counter medications must be unopened and have appropriate dosing for age.
- All paperwork needed will be provided at the time of medication drop off.
- Medications must be dropped off by a parent or guardian.
