Welcome!  Please join us in the PTO as Lewis parents, teachers and staff partner to support our falcons.  New members are always welcome throughout the year!  Please complete the registration form and email it to ptolewis@gmail.com.  Those interested in joining PTO are invited to like our Facebook page “Lewis PTO - Announcements.”  Please feel free to email all ideas to PTOLewis@gmail.com with questions or for inclusion in future meeting agendas! Remember that all volunteers must complete the OCSD volunteer application.

BOX TOPS- How do I get credit now that BoxTops are Digital?... It’s EASY!

  • There might still be a few lingering BoxTops on your groceries but you will be seeing the digital symbol these days.

**Redeeming your BoxTops electronically is really easy!**

  • Step 1: Shop Shop Shop

  • Step 2: Download App Box Tops App or visit the website and create your account making “Addie R Lewis School” your school

  • Step 3: Submit Receipts for credit (must be submitted within 14 days of purchase)
