Our Antioch media center is celebrating Freedom Week September 25-29. We are encouraging students to dress up in the following:
Sept. 25-Stars and Stripes-Show us your patriotic spirit by wearing stars and stripes.
Sept. 26-Heroes Day-Our nation is full of heroes who make it great. Dress up as your favorite hero.
Sept. 27-School Spirit Day-You are a great citizen in your school. Wear a school shirt or school colors.
Sept. 28-Throwback Thursday-History rocks! Dress from your favorite decade.
Sept. 29-Freedom Friday-We are so grateful for our flag that waves. Wear our flag colors red, white and blue.
Students are also invited to bring photos of family members that have served in the armed forces to preserve our freedom. These will be displayed in the main hall until Veterans Day.
