Sitting on opposite corners, our Jr. Vikings get a glimpse of what it’s like to be a Viking at Fort Walton Beach High School. This year students not only see the Vikings from afar, but also around our own campus. Fort Walton Beach leadership, under the guidance of Courtney Barnes, has partnered with Edwins to implement a high school helper program. Students come daily to work with our students and assist teachers, or office staff. While on campus, high school helpers can be found in numerous capacities including leading a small group, interpreting for Spanish-speaking students, assisting with school events, or working with students in stations. These students have embraced their responsibility and united with us to help our students grow into successful future Vikings!
