The Culinary Arts program allows you to investigate the many exciting career options within the food service industry. You will learn and practice the fundamental skills involved in the selection, preparation, and service of meats, poultry, seafood, fruits, vegetables, soups, sauces, desserts, and bakery items. Your preparation skills will be honed daily as you practice in a fully equipped commercial kitchen. Students successfully completing the program can earn college credit and nationally recognized industry certificates issued by the National Restaurant Association.
